Head of Diagnostics and Metrology Department

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the long-term strategy.

• Transform the department from a traditional inspection function into an integrated diagnostics and asset intelligence centre.

• Build a culture of innovation, digitalisation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Railway Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Additional qualifications in Asset Management, Data Analytics or Project Management are desirable.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with digital transformation programmes is highly desirable.
