Responsibilities:
Assess integration readiness across all LTC projects.
Oversea the manpower staffing strategy and development.
Monitor Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, performance and establish control and establish Internal Assessment Procedures for the programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related.
10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, and Operational readiness.
