Head of Tariffs and Subsidies

Main duties and functions:
Develop suggestion to all transport tariff policies and subsidization approach;
Drives the process of formulating and approving new tariffs for all transport modes;
Drives the process of development and approving subsidization approach for all transport modes;
Ensures the optimal allocation of approved subsidies, etc.
Key skills required:
Knowledge of computer modeling software;
Knowledge of transport economics models/software;
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance;
Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits;
Understanding of the National, Regional and International contexts of transport development and economics;
Knowledge in urban planning;
Quality control analysis skills;
Complex problem solving skills;
Judgment and decision making skills.
