Head of Transport Regulations Unit

Main duties and functions:

• Owns and maintains all regulations, including pricing frameworks, for the Azerbaijan Mobility sector;

• Drives the process of formulating and approving new regulations;

• Determines the requirements for communicating changes of existing and development of new regulations internally as well as to the public, etc.

Key skills required:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Transport Engineering or a related field;

• Masters/MBA or other relevant post-graduate degree is an advantage;

• Advanced knowledge of all regulations for the Azerbaijan Mobility sector;

• Proven experience in formulating and approving new regulations;

• Good organizational and managerial skills.
