IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements based on input from product manager and other stakeholders;

• Analyze technological, process and organizational impacts of the requirements;

• Document requirement;

• Document and communicate technological and non technological solutions;

• Identify interdependency with other requirements in backlog;

• Recommend prioritization of requirements;

• Present solutions to managerial, operational and technological team;

• Manage backlog of requirements for digital products;

• Interact with solution architect for designing solutions;

• Interact with users to understand impact and required change;

• Interact with software development teams to explain required functionality;

• Develop acceptance tests and acceptance criteria;

• Participate in sprint planning and acceptance testing;

• Proactively propose improvement in business functionality and technological foundations of digital products, etc.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role in digital product development with SW team of 20+ people with an operational product with stable releases and established user base;

• Experience with agile development methodology;

• Understanding of Software technologies;

• Analytical skills – experience in system analysis and problem solving;

• Experience in producing documentation for SW development teams;

• Experience in analysis of business processes and developing changes;

• Experience working system users;

• Experience managing product backlog, etc.

Salary: 2,000-5,000 AZN Net
