Legal Counsel

Qualifications:

• Degree in Law (candidates with international education, especially on transportation law / logistics law are privileged);

• 3-6 years of legal experience with a private law firm and/or corporate law department of a multinational company is preferred; 

• Knowledge of transportation law, logistics, maritime law are each a plus but not a mandatory requirement;

• Fluent in Azeri, English, Russian languages;

• Strong business sense;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to clearly and concisely describe complex legal issues to the clients;

• Collaborative, with strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others;

• Resilient, possesses a sense of urgency and work well under demanding timeline.
