Production Chemicals Service Delivery Team Lead

Main duties and functions:

• Manage, supervise, co-ordinate the day-to-day PC operational activities as well as the PC team in an effective and safe manner.

• Ensure that the web-based ChemWatcher system is properly maintained and updated in time in all relevant sections (Orders, blend sheets, tank fills, tank tracker, dispatch information, inventory, etc.).

• Once order received via ChemWatcher, complete CST, send to distribution list, upload into ChemWatcher and update Kabal Packs (BP system) when required.

• Timely arrange required trucks for transportation of goods.

• Ensure minimum stock of chemicals is maintained as per PC Commodity Operations procedure and inventory done regularly.

• Review tank lists to ensure that inspection dates are accurate.

• Arrange equipment / hose maintenance and certification when required.

• Ensure that containers and products have been prepared in accordance to the orders and procedures in place.

• Leading Tool Box Talks (TBT) or delegate, ensuring that effective TBT are regularly carried to the team, etc.
