Project Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:
The Project Delivery Manager will lead the integration of all functional streams of the project (design, construction, procurement, legal, etc.) and participate in strategic decision-making at the executive level.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years experience in Hospitality Projects as Project Delivery Manager.
Strong knowledge of Autocad, MS Office.
Proven ability to effectively oversee all phases of large-scale projects—from planning to delivery.
Fluency in English and Azerbaijani (Russian is an advantage).
