• Proven experience of working within an HR / People’s team environment;

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and cultures;

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
