Senior Investment Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Assist Investment Manager in analyzing and implementing new investments, acquisitions, and property disposals.

• Develop multi-scenario feasibility and valuation studies based on financial and technical information and alternative financing mechanisms.

• Support in carrying out due diligence and underwriting of potential new M&A and investments projects, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration from a leading educational institution.

• 2+ years of direct and comparable experience in investment (M&A, deals etc.), consulting or financial modelling.

• Business fluency in Azerbaijani and English required, Russian is a plus.

• Proficient with advanced use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong corporate finance and financial modelling skills.
